
Mentors Course
We run a one day course in the community for recently released graduates of the Challenge to Change programme designed to give them the skills they need to peer mentor potential prolific offenders.
Once they have successfully completed the course in their community graduates of our programme are matched up on a regular basis with the people they know (mentees).
Structure of course:
Offered as a one day course in the community comprising 8 sessions.
Challenging Criminal Behaviour
Overall Aim of Course:
To equip Graduates of the Kainos Challenge to Change Course with skills for mentoring men over 18 exhibiting criminal or some other challenging behaviour.
Secondary Aim:
To sharpen learned skills of Kainos Graduates that enable them contribute to their ongoing effective resettlement.
