Within a total prison population of 85,000 there are 50,000 adult males of whom 83% are classified as high to medium risk re-offenders. This means 40,000 men could benefit from the Kainos Challenge to Change programme

Only 13 out of every 100 Kainos graduates will return to prison compared to almost three times that nationally.

The average cost of crime per re-offender is over £60,000 a year, a huge saving to society for each one that doesn’t re-offend.
