Before coming on to the Kainos course I never stopped to think about my attitude or behaviour and was always being nicked for something or other. Since coming on the course I feel the staff and tutors treat us with respect and have time to talk to us. I feel I have learnt to listen and respect other people’s views instead of rushing in like a bull in a china shop like I used to. It’s hard to explain but the course has helped me change the way I think. I can see the bigger picture, instead of the here and now.

I would recommend the Challenge to Change Programme to any one that really wants to change their life for the better... It’s all about every day life that we normally take for granted. It helps you to consider the factors in your life. It has even helped me to have a better relationship with my partner, family and friends!”
