Boundaries Course
This is a remedial workshop designed to help participants take more control over their lives by setting healthy physical, mental and emotional boundaries leading to a more balanced lifestyle.
Change
Participants explore the psychology of change in this rehabilitation course and discover new things about themselves including where does motivation to change come from? Also the possibility of realizing their full potential in life, work and relationships
Reflections
Participants get the feel of the whole programme of remedial courses - work sessions timekeeping, written work and respect for others views and input. Aspects covered are communication skills, forgiveness, choices and being prepared to help and be helped by others in their quest to get the most out of the programme.
‘Complementary Courses’
A number of therapeutic courses and workshops are agreed with individual prisons to suit local needs.
Good Neighbour Weekend
The whole area of ‘good neighbourliness’ is explored in a series of talks, discussions and team building exercises. The ‘weekend’ begins on Friday evening and ends on Sunday afternoon with a closing meeting and feedback session.
Moral Reasoning
Develop through discussion, moral values through which the participant can learn to value, respect and support themselves and other people. This course explores the difficulties and conflict in understanding how basic concepts of ‘right living’, can make a positive impact on the participants’ lives and also on the lives of their families.
